Cancellation, Refund & return policy

Full refunds for cancellations more than 48 hours before the course beginning date are permitted. Cancellations on existing bookings after this period will be charged 40% of the course fee.

Users can request refunds on the basis of service compliants or issues raised. ELSOL endeavors to investigate any issues reported 'in good faith' and respond and resolve these in a fair and just manner.

Registration to our online training service is included for the course(s) you subscribe for. By subscribing for a course you are agreeing to abide by the rules and policies detailed below.

• Opinions expressed by members through the Discussion Boards are not those of ELSOL and ELSOL accepts no legal responsibility for their veracity and nature. ELSOL may at any time, and without prior or post warning, delete messages or close discussions on forums as it feels appropriate.
• Considering the real-time nature of our Discussion Boards it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and will make every effort to do so within areasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
